"Look to the Horizon for all your balloon decorations"

To start your order process, please enter all of the required information,  ​ including type of event, date of event, colors, theme, location, etc.   You will receive  notification  that your request have been submitted.  

• Orders due within 2 weeks of event date, full payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
  
• Orders that are placed more than 3 weeks of event date, A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of invoice.  Orders will be processed after receipt of deposit.  Orders cancelled 72 hours after submission will NOT receive refund of deposit.
